Renowned for their incredible versatility and artistry, Rajaton has been enchanting audiences around the world since 1997. While the ensemble is known for performing in large concert halls and collaborating with major orchestras using sound reinforcement, Rajaton also cherishes the special power of purely acoustic singing.
For this concert at Olari Church, Rajaton has carefully crafted a programme designed specifically for the church’s unique acoustics. Finnish poetry has always played a significant role in the ensemble's repertoire, and this concert is no exception — featuring works set to the poetry of Edith Södergran and Eino Leino. The programme consists of original compositions and arrangements written for Rajaton throughout their long and celebrated career.
