Cameron Carpenter, organ

American organist Cameron Carpenter is a pioneer in organ art, with unorthodox interpretations of traditional organ music. With his luminous performance and astounding talent, this organ music superstar has brought organ music to the attention of a wider and younger audience. Carpenter received a Grammy nomination for his album “Revolutionary” (2008) as the first organist ever nominated for a solo album. At the Organ Night and Aria Festival, he will perform Bach’s organ works in his own regenerative style.

“Carpenter is one of the rare musicians who changes the game of his instrument… He is a smasher of cultural and classical music taboos. He is technically the most accomplished organist I have ever witnessed… And, most important of all, the most musical.” – The Los Angeles Times
